My Dad (89) had a Fall when he was in Singapore with a Hip Fracture.. We decided for Surgery in India ( as he doesn’t have insurance etc). Found Aerocare Dr.Vivek and messaged him and then onwards it was so smooth. He was well experienced and guided us through the process well and also was quick to accomodate change in schedule when required. A Doctor and Paramedic were also sent from India and they knew the processes well and handled the transfer very smoothly till he was safe at Hospital in Chennai.. I would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Vivek and his team, who guided and supported us Big time to take care of a patient, We were not aware that paramedic team is mandatory for the patient to travel and we got the details of dr. Vivek company, so there was a patient she needed to travel with structure with oxygen via air India and at the last minute, the patient condition was to travel with ventilator, last mint Dr. Vivek sir arranged everything at the same cost and made the passenger travel to the destination safely, also We were not having enough card payment limit to pay to air India, so we transfer the funds in Vivek sir company account and he personally came and made the payment to air India, I would highly recommend this company for the patient, and they do servises all over India. Once again thanks to Dr. Vivek sir and his team to support and help and friends mother in law travel arrangements.
We had a medical emergency and had to shift my uncle from Bangalore to Chennai. Aerocare was referred to us from a friend and we had a very seamless coordination and communication right from the beginning. They coordinated with the Hospital that was releasing my Uncle and also coordinated with the receiving Hospital in Chennai. They were in touch with the Emergency services, Critical Care Unit in both the hospitals and did all the paperwork that was necessary for the transfer. Very professional. Helped us a lot and we did not have to run around organising anything.
