Welcome to AeroCare Air Ambulance Service. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our air ambulance, medical escort, organ transport, and specialty medical transportation services. By requesting or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

At AeroCare, patient safety, medical coordination, and operational efficiency are our highest priorities. We strive to provide safe, reliable, and timely medical transportation services through medically equipped aircraft and experienced medical professionals. These terms are intended to ensure transparency and clarify the responsibilities of both AeroCare and the client during the transportation process. Information referenced below is aligned with industry-standard air ambulance operational practices.

1. Service Scope

AeroCare provides:

  • Comprehensive Air Medical Transport — Every Emergency, Every Distance 
  • Dedicated air ambulance 
  • ECMO air transfers 
  • Neonatal air transport 
  • Organ procurement flights 
  • Medical repatriation 
  • Commercial stretcher service 
  • Medical escort service 
  • Bedside-to-bedside transfer 
  • Ambulance  service
  • Doctors  home  visit
  • air ambulance service in port blair
     

Services are subject to aircraft availability, medical crew availability, airport access, operational approvals, weather conditions, and aviation regulations.

2. Medical Evaluation & Patient Eligibility

All patients must undergo a medical assessment before transportation approval is provided. AeroCare reserves the right to request:

  • Medical reports
  • Physician summaries
  • Diagnostic results
  • Current patient condition updates
  • Medication details
  • Infectious disease status

AeroCare’s medical team has the sole authority to determine whether a patient is medically fit for air transport. Transportation may be refused if the patient’s condition poses a significant risk to flight safety or medical stability.

3. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

All transport requests are considered tentative until payment confirmation and operational approval are completed.

Payment Conditions

  • Payment  Terms  :100 Percent  in Advance  To  Current Account  of  company.
  • No Refund possible  once  flight  is   activated
  • In Commercial Airline Stretcher  ,Stretcher payment cost  to  airlines  will  be  refunded  based on  cancellation charges  levied   by Airline  
  • All Disputes subjected  to  court  jurisdiction of  chennai

 

4. Flight Availability & Scheduling

Flight schedules are estimated and subject to change due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Air traffic control restrictions
  • Airport operational limitations
  • Government approvals
  • Aircraft maintenance requirements
  • Medical crew availability
  • Patient medical condition changes

AeroCare will make every reasonable effort to minimize delays but cannot guarantee exact departure or arrival times.

5. Medical Equipment & In-Flight Care

AeroCare aircraft are medically configured and staffed by trained medical professionals including flight nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and specialty critical care teams when required.

Available onboard equipment may include:

  • Ventilators
  • Cardiac monitors
  • Defibrillators
  • Infusion pumps
  • Oxygen systems
  • Suction devices
  • Emergency medications
  • Advanced airway management equipment

The level of onboard care is determined based on the patient’s medical condition and transport requirements.

6. Patient & Family Responsibilities

The client, patient, or authorized representative is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate medical information
  • Providing valid identification and travel documentation
  • Obtaining required visas or government approvals for international transfers
  • Coordinating hospital admission acceptance when applicable
  • Informing AeroCare of any change in medical condition prior to departure

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in transport delays, cancellation, or additional costs.

7. Ground Transportation

Ground ambulance transportation may be arranged separately or included based on the service agreement. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Long-distance ambulance transfers
  • Specialty ambulance requirements
  • Critical care ambulance support
  • Delays outside AeroCare’s operational control

Ground transportation availability depends on local service providers and operational logistics.

8. Baggage & Attendant Policy

Passenger baggage is limited based on:

  • Aircraft payload capacity
  • Medical equipment weight
  • Safety regulations

AeroCare reserves the right to restrict or deny additional baggage or attendants if operational safety may be affected. Medical necessity and aircraft limitations will determine final approval.

9. Flight Delays, Diversions & Cancellations

AeroCare is not responsible for delays, diversions, or cancellations caused by factors beyond operational control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Airport closure
  • Air traffic restrictions
  • Political or security events
  • Technical or maintenance requirements
  • Regulatory restrictions

If additional operational expenses occur due to delays or diversions, the client may be responsible for associated costs including crew accommodation, airport fees, ground handling, or repositioning expenses.

10. International Transport Services

International patient transfers may require:

  • Immigration clearance
  • Customs approvals
  • Medical permits
  • Infectious disease documentation
  • Embassy coordination

The client is responsible for ensuring all required travel documentation is valid prior to departure.

11. Limitation of Liability

AeroCare will make every reasonable effort to provide safe and efficient transportation services. However, AeroCare shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by external operational factors
  • Medical complications arising from the patient’s existing condition
  • Regulatory or governmental restrictions
  • Force majeure events
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate medical information provided by the client

Medical transportation inherently carries risks, especially for critically ill patients. While AeroCare follows industry-standard safety and medical protocols, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

12. Privacy & Confidentiality

AeroCare respects patient privacy and maintains confidentiality in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations. Patient information will only be shared with authorized medical professionals, operational personnel, or governmental authorities when necessary for transportation coordination and patient care.

13. Modification of Terms

AeroCare reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
