Terms And Conditions -Air Ambulance Opertations
1)All flights are subjected to good weather conditions.
2)All flights require 12 working hours for permission from various agencies.
3)Aerocare Air Ambulance Service will not be held responsible for any delay/cancellation for airspace or airport closure due to any military or air force flying or due to any VVIP or VIP movement
4)Aerocare Air Ambulance Service will not be held responsible for any diversion or delay due to bad weather, airport closer or runway closer or any other condition which is against air safety and against safe operations of the aircraft
5)Aerocare Air Ambulance will not be held responsible if the aircraft is diverted to any unplanned airport due to any reason including technical, non-technical, or as mentioned under this user agreement. In such cases, all hospitalization charges of the patient need to be paid by the family.
Payment Terms:
1)100 percent in advance to current account of Aerocare Air Ambulance Service or through payment gateway or credit card machine point of sale.
Refund and Cancellation :
1)No refund is possible once payment is made for activating Air Ambulance due to detoriation of patient health
2)In case Aerocare Air Ambulance will not be able to operate the aircraft due to technical problem a full refund shall be paid to the account from which payment has been made .In case payment is done through payment gateway charges towards payment gateway shall be detucted .
